Famous for just one signature item on the menu, La Vache! is the place to go for steak and fries. “La vache” is French for “the cow.” And that’s exactly what you’ll find in this steak house. La Vache! aims to pay homage to the Parisian tradition of entrecôte steakhouses.

The simple menu updates daily but always consists of some variation of organic green salad, marbled USDA Prime steak cuts and crispy fries served with generous portions of La Vache!’s secret sauce. Priced at HK$398 (US$51) per person, you can grab classic steak frites at La Vache! locations in SoHo, Admiralty and Tsim Sha Tsui. Prepare for a bit of a wait in line at any location you choose.
