Aqua in Tsim Sha Tsui has introduced a new weekend brunch that features a sushi and sashimi platter, unlimited Japanese and Italian appetizers and seasonal dishes. Guests can now enjoy 120 minutes of this brunch from 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. It’s not brunch without free-flow drinks, of course, and children under 12 also dine for free on Sundays and at a discount on Saturdays.
Highlights include the chef’s signature sushi and sashimi platter with Bluefin tuna, Norwegian salmon, yellowtail and Fine de Claire oysters. Main courses offer a rotating selection, such as Japanese black pork loin with ginger teriyaki sauce and seafood linguine. The dessert selection features seasonal fruits, tiramisu and Sicilian ricotta cannoli.
Entertainment makes things even more fun with a three-act Japanese dance drama on Saturdays, including elements of ninja drama and taiko drumming. Sundays are perfect for brunch with the whole fam, as the private dining rooms transform into a kids' play area with games and activities like face and body painting.
