Regent's "The Wizard of Oz" afternoon tea celebrates the ballet’s premiere

You're definitely not in Kansas. The Lobby Lounge at Regent Hong Kong is offering a Wizard of Oz-inspired afternoon tea from August 12 - October 13. This special tea set, aligned with the Hong Kong Ballet's Asian premiere of "The Wizard of Oz," features a variety of themed treats you can enjoy alongside stunning views of Victoria Harbour.
Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung has created pastries inspired by the tale, like a Lemon confection for Dorothy, a Honey sponge cake for the Cowardly Lion and a Cacao creation for the Tin Man. Savory bites include Blue Crab and Pomelo sandwiches, Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese and Chicken Ballotine with Truffle Mayonnaise, curated by Head Chef Rajiv Chowdhoory. The set also includes freshly baked scones and madeleines with clotted cream and homemade jams.
Guests can also bring the magic home with the Discovery Box in the Land of Oz, featuring pastries inspired by the show’s characters. These include Honey, Lemon, Cacao, Raspberry and Vanilla creations.
