MAJO, a well-loved Spanish restaurant in SoHo, has introduced a limited-time Seafood Lobster Fiesta featuring a four-course sharing menu of nine dishes for HK$480 per person. The menu, crafted for groups, brings the flavors of a Spanish seaside feast to Hong Kong.
The meal starts with a selection of tapas, including Ibérico Ham & Tomato Bread, Prawn & Seafood Croquettes and Galician Octopus with truffled potato purée. The highlight is the Lobster Paella, featuring Boston lobster, squid, clams and Valencian bomba rice, accompanied by Padrón peppers and a fresh salad.
To cleanse the palate, guests can enjoy a Lime & Green Apple Sorbet before finishing with two desserts – traditional Spanish Churros with chocolate sauce and a Burnt Basque Cheesecake.
