Hong Kong reported more than 43,100 new COVID cases on Tuesday.
Liang Wannian, an expert from China’s National Health Commission who is in Hong Kong to help with the outbreak, said to the Chinese state-run Xinhua news agency that the city “must persevere with its dynamic zero strategy.
