For those looking to dine in-person, 5church in Midtown is hosting a Thanksgiving buffet this year with masks required in the restaurant unless actively eating or drinking. An Eastside newcomer, Buena Vida Tapas is offering a Spanish-themed Thanksgiving to-go with manchego macaroni and cheese, a whole brined turkey, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower Parmesan, roasted garlic whipped potatoes and an apple crumb dessert. Order online to pick up on November 25.

Nakato Japanese Restaurant

An in-person dining experience offering a nontraditional Thanksgiving choice is Nakato Japanese Restaurant, Atlanta’s first and most authentic Japanese restaurant – which is actually open 365 days a year. Nakato will be open early at 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day and is taking extra precautions to remain safe including plexiglass dividers within their hibachi Tables. Paces & Vine

For an in-person dining experience with a classic, family-style Thanksgiving Dinner, look no further than Paces & Vine in Vinings. Their spread features white and dark meat turkey, fall salad, mashed potatoes, stuffing, sweet potatoes, croissants, sourdough bread, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie and for dessert, an apple galette. The Select in Sandy Springs

With The Select in Sandy Springs, you can have an in-person Thanksgiving or get Thanksgiving dinner to go this year. Their in-person experience includes soup or salad (lobster bisque, french onion soup or winter salad) and entrees and sides served family style at your table. There will also be a dessert buffet featuring American and European pastries.

Guests can sit in the socially distanced dining room featuring plexiglass dividers between tables or outside on the patio from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Select is also offering an a la carte Thanksgiving dinner featuring a quart of lobster bisque or french onion soup, traditional Thanksgiving dishes like turkey breasts and legs, 36-hour slow roasted porchetta, turkey gravy and other sides, breads, salads and desserts that each serve four guests.
