Special Agreement on Fee-Shifting and Choice of Law
If you attempt to bring any legal action against The Millennial Source based in any way on its products or services, you agree that, in the event you do not prevail or The Millennial Source does prevail, you will reimburse The Millennial Source for any costs and attorneys fees associated with their defense of the action.
