The simple menu updates daily but always consists of some variation of organic green salad, marbled USDA Prime steak cuts and crispy fries served with generous portions of La Vache!’s secret sauce. Priced at HK$398 (US$51) per person, you can grab classic steak frites at La Vache! locations in SoHo, Admiralty and Tsim Sha Tsui. Prepare for a bit of a wait in line at any location you choose.
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse
Founded in the United States by Wolfgang Zwiener, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in Hong Kong serves classic American dry-aged steaks. All their steaks are imported from the US through a cold chain delivery system and dry-aged for an average of 28 days, which adds to the flavor and tenderness of each cut.
Come hungry, and be sure to try the signature porterhouse steak, which is known for its rich flavor and large size. You may end up splurging here, as steak prices range from around HK$760-1050 (US$97-135) per person.

Feather & Bone
With multiple locations thriving throughout Hong Kong, Feather & Bone is recognized by steak-lovers for its quality cuts. Feather & Bone functions as a premium butcher, grocer and deli, selling directly to customers and operating all-day dining services in six of their 11 locations.
