What’s going on between Elon Musk and Twitter?

In a sudden turn of events, Musk has courageously decided not to show up to the boardroom on the day he was expected to officially join. Now many people are speculating why Musk has rejected the offer, especially because if he doesn’t join the board, he would be allowed to have an over 14.9% stake in the company (right now, he has around 9%). Musk tweeted the hand over mouth emoji after but then deleted it (probably before his Twitter sitter could catch him). Investors weren’t thrilled, though. Shares fell around 7% in pre-market trading on Monday.
