L'Or de Jean Martell is a unique blend of more than 1,400 eaux-de-vie that have been carefully selected for their aromatic plenitude. The Martell Chinese New Year menu
Discover a unique culinary experience this Chinese New Year as Martell and Tin Lung Heen come together to create a special menu. Enjoy six exquisite dishes redesigned by the chef, each crafted to perfection and bursting with flavor. The ingredients are mainly seafood-based, and most of the dishes are served with Martell's finest and full-bodied cognac. Tin Lung Heen and Martell’s Chinese New Year menu aims to take the essence of different cognacs and integrate them into traditional Chinese dishes, interpreting traditional dishes in a unique way.
Martell’s Chinese New Year Menu is available from February 6 to April 9 at The Ritz-Carlton, Tin Lung Heen. The menu is priced at HK$2,360 per person and paired with a glass each of Martell Cordon Bleu, Martell Noblige and Martell XO, subject to a 10% service charge.
