Who was behind the official outfits of the Australian Open this year?

Yep, it was Ralph Lauren (again).

The company set the tone for sustainability in sports fashion this year, working with the Australian Open to spruce up around 4,000 staff and officials at the highly-anticipated annual event in the land of down under.

They designed an exclusive collection to commemorate the tournament, featuring a range of pieces incorporating materials like recycled polyester and recycled nylon.

This year, the range included iconic Ralph Lauren styles in bold colors and features polo shirts, jackets, headwear and accessories. Not only that, all the pieces also served functional and performance benefits, such as, moisture-wicking properties and UV protection, making them perfect for outdoor and activewear.

Ralph Lauren also hosted a special event to celebrate the tournament's men's final, inviting celebrities and influencers like Dacre Montgomery, Teagan Croft, Anne Nakamura, Ryu Jun-yeol and Cat McNeil. This event was hosted by Vogue Australia editor-in-chief Christine Centenera and celebrated Novak Djokovic's 10th Australian Open, and 22nd Grand Slam win.

Ralph Lauren was also the partner of the AO Glam Slam this year for the second year in a row. This international event, supported by the Gay and Lesbian Tennis Alliance, celebrated and promoted the importance of equality with a variety of initiatives and activations.
