Starting on March 8, La Paloma Spanish Restaurant will be introducing the latest edition of their Hot Wednesdays event. This bi-weekly event will feature collaborative dinners between chef and owner, Alex Fargas, and some of the most esteemed culinary experts in the city.
Guests can anticipate indulging in exceptional flavor combinations, with the previous seven collaborations showcasing a fusion of British, Japanese, Italian and Peruvian cuisine. To commence the series, chef Yongsoo Doo from Liberty Exchange Kitchen and Bar will be joining chef Fargas to serve five Asian-inspired tapas, in addition to La Paloma's renowned giant paella.
Following the debut event, chef Mukogawa Satoru from Sushi Kuu will be gracing the culinary stage on March 22. Guests can look forward to a medley of Japanese and Spanish flavors, focusing on fresh seafood and intricate presentation, from paellas to international-inspired tapas
