Matchali celebrates its third anniversary this March by introducing a new selection of creative, health-boosting cocktails and a matcha-spiked Yebisu Premium beer.
This expanded menu stays true to Matchali's love for the best Japanese ingredients and includes supercharged crowd favorites like the “Cousins in Kyoto” and the “Spiked Yuzu Lemonade Matcha.”
For those looking for an energy boost, try the “Matchalini”, a creamy martini consisting of ceremonial-grade matcha, almond milk, vanilla, and vodka. Or try the newest addition to Matchali's menu, “the Juicy Fruit,” which is served with sparkling white peach and Earl Grey over gin.
To celebrate this special occasion, Matchali is hosting a block party with a complimentary drink from the new menu, a live DJ and a new playful mural created in collaboration with local Hong Kong artist Celine Ka Wing Lau.
The artwork is a display of Japan´s vibrant matcha culture, as Celine shared, “Matchali has always been known for their contemporary and chill vibe, their drinks are not only sensory stimulating but also visually appealing. For me to create a mural for them, I must not only match the atmosphere of the store, but enhance the feeling and illustrate the community that they have built.”
With happy hour running from 4 - 7 p.m, you can make the most of this new menu at Matchali.
