The Mira Hong Kong's Michelin-recommended WHISK is offering an exclusive social dining experience, perfect for sake lovers and foodies alike.
On Tuesday and Thursday nights, guests can enjoy a four-course menu with a bottle of sake included, starting from just HK$1,088 for two people.
Chef William Lau has crafted a menu to perfectly pair a choice of six sake bottles, ranging from easy-to-drink, refreshing Honjozo-type sake, to more sophisticated Junmai Daiginjo choices like Kikusai and Born Gold labels.
Those looking for a special main course upgrade can savor the Chef's Wagyu Beef Masterpiece, stuffed with Foie Gras and Black Truffle (+HK$888 for two), for which two days' advance order is required.
