In March of 2023, Pata Negra House Group will launch a revamped menu for their Signature and Prestige experiences, which will take the enjoyment of premium Iberico ham vintages and their exclusive sherry pairings to a whole new level.
The Signature Experience offers a guided tour of the Tasting Room laid out with the Group’s finest Iberico ham vintages from the Iberian Peninsula, as well as an eight-course tapas menu crafted by Michelin-starred chef Heloise Fischbach.
The Prestige Experience features a plethora of premium items, from Imperial Oscietra caviar, foie gras and champagne jelly, to the vintage and highly exclusive Rubio Dorado ham.
Each experience occurs in an exquisitely designed hidden venue in San Po Kong. Beginning with a welcome drink and a guided tour of the cellar, the experience is followed by a vintage Iberico ham and sherry wine pairing in the Ham Cellar, alongside a creative tasting menu at The Iberico Bar. Guests may also take a taste home with them with a private shopping experience at the in-house shop.
In addition to group and individual bookings for the tasting experiences, PNH Group also offers bespoke private events and team-building activities for corporate groups.
With access to the tasting or conference room, Ham Cellar and open kitchen is granted, as well as a tailored menu of premium quality fine foods from Spain.
