Meet Iana Zinovieva, an internationally certified makeup, brow and permanent makeup artist with an impressive track record of success. She has been nominated by Katya Virshilas, who has been in awe of Zinovieva's growth, strength and talent for the past five years. Despite her family and country currently dealing with Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Zinovieva stays positive and makes sure she takes care of her clients, as Virshilas notes.

Not only has Zinovieva made a name for herself in the beauty industry, but she is also the founder of Wish Beauty Bar in Hong Kong, where she empowers women to embrace their natural beauty and individual style. Her contributions have earned her recognition in top fashion and beauty magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Tatler, Cosmopolitan and Gafencu.

"I have known Iana for 5 years and I have been in awe of her growth, strength and talent. Her family and country were being bombed and yet she always put a smile on her face and made sure she was taking care of her clients," explains Virshilas.

Thanks to their extensive networks and mutual support, Zinovieva and Virshilas have successfully expanded their reach and taken on more projects together. This is a testament to women's power to support each other and work towards common goals.
