This summer, the much-awaited suckling pig takes the spotlight. The culinary team has expertly prepared a six-month-old suckling pig in a wood-fired oven, resulting in irresistibly crispy skin and tender, succulent meat.
Adding to the excitement, Quiero Más is introducing an innovative addition to their kitchen – a modern dry-aging fridge. This technology allows them to dry-age both meat and fish, intensifying the flavors and creating a remarkable tenderness. Guests can enjoy dry-aged versions of ocean-fresh offerings like chutoro, hamachi and seabass. This adds a unique touch to the Mediterranean-inspired seafood experience.
