As the Year of the Dragon nears, Mott 32 Hong Kong, a culinary gem renowned in the city for its fusion of tradition and innovation, invites foodies on an enchanting journey through a bespoke Chinese New Year menu. Crafted by the celebrated Chef Lee Man-Sing, Group Executive Chef at Mott 32 and Maximal Concepts, this gastronomic experience will unfold from February 10 – 24.

The culinary symphony commences with the star of the show, the Whole Lobster & Abalone Lo Hei with Homemade Sauce (HK$1,380), a ceremonious "Prosperity Toss" promising not just delectable flavors but a ritual believed to usher in good fortune, prosperity and well-being for the year ahead.

From there, the culinary narrative continues with offerings like the Steamed Fourfinger Threadfin in Chicken Oil with Hwa Tiao (HK$880), an embodiment of wealth and abundance. For a ceremonial touch, the Crispy Duck with Taro (HK$380) and the Crispy Fresh Yellow Chicken with Coriander (HK$380 for half a chicken) beckon a feast fit for the dragon.
