ICHU, contemporary Nikkei restaurant and bar in Hong Kong, is inviting ladies to revel in the allure of Señorita Night every Thursday. This weekly event transforms the lush terrace in Central into a vibrant carnival of Latin flavors, colors and sounds from 7 p.m. to midnight.
To enhance the sparkly atmosphere, ICHU has crafted an exclusive package priced at HK$269 per head, offering an unforgettable evening of Latin culture. The package includes a two hours of free flow of selected drinks and two small plates.
The free flow drink selection includes a variety of options, including Prosecco, Cape of Good Hope Chardonnay, Vina Leyda Reserva Merlot, Peroni beer and classic cocktails like Espresso Martini, Bloody Mary and Mojito. Non-alcoholic choices such as soft drinks and juices are also available, catering to the requests of all Señoritas'. After all, it is a week night.
On the culinary front, guests can select two dishes from the tantalizing menu. Highlights include the Mixto Ceviche with fresh octopus and scallops in Peruvian rocoto chili and tiger milk emulsion, a mouthwatering Hamachi Tiradito with Aji Amarillo emulsion and togarashi and expertly grilled Salmon Anticucho with tomatillo sauce. The menu also features crowd-pleasers like Tacos de Carne, made with tender, slow-cooked Peruvian beef, and Truffled Scallops with ikura and shiso in truffle sauce.
