The free flow drink selection includes a variety of options, including Prosecco, Cape of Good Hope Chardonnay, Vina Leyda Reserva Merlot, Peroni beer and classic cocktails like Espresso Martini, Bloody Mary and Mojito. Non-alcoholic choices such as soft drinks and juices are also available, catering to the requests of all Señoritas'. After all, it is a week night.
On the culinary front, guests can select two dishes from the tantalizing menu. Highlights include the Mixto Ceviche with fresh octopus and scallops in Peruvian rocoto chili and tiger milk emulsion, a mouthwatering Hamachi Tiradito with Aji Amarillo emulsion and togarashi and expertly grilled Salmon Anticucho with tomatillo sauce.
