Terrible Baby, the lively establishment nestled on the 4th floor of Eaton HK, is set to turn up the heat on February 24 with an exhilarating celebration in honor of International Margarita Day. Teaming up with Altos Tequila, the event promises an evening of flavorful libations, delectable bites, of course, lively music.
The spotlight of the night is on Terrible Baby's very own Axel, or Papi, Gonzalez, who crafts a special Margarita menu featuring tantalizing concoctions like Karen & Tamarindo (HK$100), a blend of tequila, smoky Mezcal, and tamarind water named after the party's main music act. For those with a penchant for fruity delights, A Lo Fresa (HK$100) offers a mix of Altos Tequila, mezcal, strawberry-infused Fernet Hunter, citrus and honey.
Other options include La Cítrica (HK$100), a fusion of Altos Tequila, yuzu-shu, lime, yuzu and agave, as well as Vida de Piña (HK$100) featuring Altos Tequila, Ancho Reyes Verde liqueur, pineapple, jalapeño, lime leaves and citrus.
In addition to the mouthwatering drinks, the party boasts a limited-time snack menu featuring tacos, quesadillas and the classic chips with guac prepared by the Terrible Baby Kitchen. The celebration kicks into high gear with the musical stylings of Mexican cumbia band Karen y Los Remedios in the Music Room, accompanied by Latin dance grooves spun by DJs Rahyym and Ana at the bar.
