Santouka

Santouka's story kicked off in 1988 when its founder, Hitoshi Hatanaka, boldly declared to his family, "I'm going to make delicious ramen." It started with a single location with nine seats serving up only one thing on the menu. Ever since, they've been serving their famous Shio Ramen, cooked up with homemade soup, at locations across Japan and beyond. Swing by with an appetite to try the zesty Spicy Miso Ramen, Tokusen Toroniku Ramen with melt-in-your-mouth pork cheeks or their classic Shio Ramen with its signature white tonkotsu (pork bone) soup. The donburi (ramen bowl) is specially made thick, so the soup is served at an ideal temperature and delicious to the very last drop.
