After a successful three-year partnership between Hong Kong's Ta Vie and Maison Mumm RSRV Embassy, anchored by Maison Mumm's exclusive RSRV champagne collection, bringing Chef Sato on as ambassador is a natural next step in the collaboration.
So, Maison Mumm RSRV has invited Chef Sato to be the first-ever Global Chef Ambassador for the brand. This move takes into account his impactful contributions to gastronomy, with Maison Mumm envisioning a community of talented chefs learning and growing under his guidance.
Maison Mumm's RSRV range, comprising 100% Grand Cru champagnes sourced from iconic Champagne villages, is the core of this collaboration. Together, Chef Sato and Maison Mumm will infuse the essence of each RSRV cuvée into his culinary creations.
