Sai Ying Pun's Melody has unveiled a free-flow brunch experience in Hong Kong for HK$988, featuring 2.5 hours of unlimited Champagne, wine, beer, spritzes, and spirits paired with premium brunch selections.

The experience begins with an array of appetizers, including its Chef Jamie's Homemade Sausages, Tuna Tartare with lemongrass dressing, Terrine Campagnarde and Burnt Aubergine Escabeche.

From there, the main course invites individual indulgence, offering choices such as Josper Grilled Suckling Pig with buttery mash and barbecued grapes, Ribeye Steak with Koffman fries and Roast Yellow Chicken accompanied by rösti potato, slaw and duck eggs.

Dessert options include Sticky Toffee Pudding and Passion Fruit Pavlova, concluding the meal on a high (sweet) note.

Aside from the all-inclusive package, Melody also offers a food-only option at HK$588 and a mocktail package for HK$788. From noon onward, the brunch features live DJs in one of its five rooms, the Bar Lounge, enhancing the dining experience with vinyl records.
