The Great Chefs of Hong Kong, a celebrated culinary fundraiser, returns for its 27th edition on May 6 at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong after a five-year break. This event brings together over 50 of the city's top chefs to support the Heep Hong Society, which aids children and young adults with special needs. The evening will showcase dishes from Michelin-starred restaurants like Forum, Octavium and Vea, among others.
Highlights include ALTO’s Scallop with Pickled Strawberry and Rhubarb, Feuille’s plant-based crispy perilla leaf dish, and a unique truffle cheese naan from Gaylord. The fundraiser also features a selection of premium wines and beverages to pair with the diverse culinary lineup.
With General Tickets, guests can enjoy over 30 dishes in a cocktail format, or they can upgrade to the Great Chefs Plus Ticket for some private dining experiences. The Star Chefs Plus Ticket allows guests who purchase a table for 12 to mingle with some of Hong Kong's best chefs as they personally cook for them. This one-night event combines gourmet dining with philanthropy, celebrating the Heep Hong Society's 60th anniversary in grand style.
