Vesu Pizza Bar recently opened its doors at the iconic One Peking building in Tsim Sha Tsui. From its spectacular 30th-floor vantage point, Vesu blends traditional Italian with local Hong Kong flavors. Named after Mount Vesuvius, the birthplace of pizza, Vesu presents a menu centered around 9-inch Neapolitan pizzas made in an open kitchen and a bespoke Neapolis pizza oven. 

Highlights include creations such as "I’ll Be Bok" with bok choi cream and crispy pork and "Kai Lan and Sausage," a local take on Naples' classic salsiccia e friarielli pizza. The menu also lets guests sample a variety of reinvented Italian classics as small bites, such as tuna tartare, polpette, montanarine (traditional Napolitan fried pizza dough with toppings like mozzarella, artichokes and sea urchin) and the creamy goodness of burratina. The drink lineup features unique cocktails like the whiskey-based Popcorn and the matcha-infused How Matcha, alongside non-alcoholic options such as the Pomodoro and Capri.
