Bangkok bartenders bring rum cocktail showcase to The Daily Tot
The takeover features cocktails by Marco Dongi, Gabriel Gliga and Filippo Sanchi, three of Bangkok's top bartenders.

The Daily Tot is hosting a "Bangkok Takeover Trifecta" on Thursday, May 30, starting at 9 p.m. The event will feature Planteray Rum cocktails crafted by three of Bangkok’s top bartenders, each bringing their unique style to the award-winning bar.
Gabriel Gliga, GM and beverage director at Havana Social, will offer the "If You Like Peanut Butter" cocktail, made with peanut butter and coconut-infused Planteray Barbados 5 Years, mango syrup and citrus bitters.
Marco Dongi, beverage manager at The House on Sathorn, will showcase his "Pickled Colada," featuring Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple, pickled pineapple juice and coconut hard seltzer, garnished with a pineapple cube.
Filippo Sanchi, bars director of Lennon’s at Rosewood Bangkok, will present the "Not An Espresso Martini," a mix of Jasmine Tea-infused Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple, peach liqueur, verjuice and cane sugar syrup.
The event is led by The Daily Tot’s beverage manager, Maikal Gurung, and promises a lively tropical experience. Cocktails are priced at HK$120, with a 10% service charge.
