Hong Kong’s favorite dive bar, The Pontiac, managed by Jen Queen and her all-female team, aims to be a safe and inclusive space for all. Now, the bar, known for its rock and roll and cyberpunk atmosphere, is breaking new ground, this time with a new AI-inspired cocktail menu.

The new menu was developed through a collaboration with artificial intelligence (AI) and features a comic book narrative about an alien visitor guided by a bartender named Noba D. This cyberpunk-themed storyline informs the cocktail selection, bringing together both creativity and technology.
Highlights include the Cosmic Core, a pisco punch with Pisco, Blue Curaçao, pineapple and glitter, and the Bee Sting, a fiery twist on the bee's knees with pepperoni-washed gin, hot honey, tomato, and lemon. The Time Traveler, made with croissant vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and amari, is just one more example of The Pontiac’s innovative use of ingredients.
