Soho’s French-Italian hotspot, Bambino, has launched a new menu with a variety of vegetarian dishes, refreshing drinks and an impressive selection of over 60 French and Italian wines. Highlights of the new vegetarian options include the creamy Burrata with cherry tomatoes and rocket, the Peach Salad with grilled peach and whipped ricotta and the Conchiglia pasta with peas, asparagus, and parmesan. Bambino has also kept its popular classics on board, like the Angus Meat & Potatoes and Sea Bass & Veggies.
The drink menu has also been updated with a variety of new cocktails and mocktails. Standouts include Pinky’s Up, a grapefruit and tequila mix; Lift Me Up, featuring ginger-honey liqueur; and Our Pisco, a twist on the classic with Manzanilla wine and rhubarb-ginger syrup. Non-alcoholic options like Simply Chill offer refreshing alternatives for those looking to skip the booze.
