Chueca on Gough Street in Central is celebrating summer with new weekend brunch and evening tasting menus, plus a special Father’s Day brunch. Named after Madrid’s vibrant neighborhood, Chueca offers creative tapas and authentic Spanish dishes curated by Chef Jordi Vallés Claverol, known for his culinary journey across Spain, Paris and China.
The new weekend brunch menu includes a five-course meal with a two-hour free-flow option. Highlights include a Royal Chilled Seafood Platter, Iberico Ham with Tomato Bread and Carabinero Rice. The menu also features Chef’s Rusa potato salad, a Spanish favorite with Sherry-marinated salmon roe, and appetizers like Gem Lettuce Salad, Padron Peppers and Mushroom Croquettes.

The evening Tasting Menu offers a selection of Spanish classics. Diners can enjoy Chef’s Rusa potato salad, Tuna Tartare with avocado, Padron Peppers and Ham Croquettes, followed by Carabinero Rice. And don't miss out on desserts like Basque-style Cheesecake and Flan de Nata.
On June 15 - 16, the Father’s Day Brunch Menu celebrates Dad with a Royal Chilled Seafood Platter with Boston Lobster and a variety of appetizers and main courses. Diners can choose from dishes like Truffled Beef Cheek, Octopus & Potato, Spring Chicken, Alaska Halibut, and USDA Prime Rib-eye Steak. Desserts for this special brunch include Basque-style Cheesecake and Ice Cream Popsicles.
