The historic Woo Cheong Pawn Shop in Wan Chai has been transformed into The Stage, a cocktail lounge and live entertainment venue at Sophia Loren Hong Kong. This venue combines an elegant bar with a retro 1970s dance floor, bringing live performances from jazz to stand-up comedy and drag queen cabaret.
The Stage overlooks the Johnston Road tramway and complements the Neapolitan restaurant Casa Sophia Loren and a street-level pizzeria. With its vibrant décor, marble tables, suede furniture and spacious outdoor terrace, it's the place to be for a swanky night out.

Beverage director Benjamin Boyce has crafted signature cocktails like Unforgettable, with Tanqueray gin and chamomile, Summertime, with Ketel One and Aperol and Milestones, with Bulliet bourbon and Laphroaig 10. Other highlights include Coffee Cold, with cold brew coffee and Pampero Blanco, and Feeling Good, with Don Julio Blanco and mandarin.
The intimate live performance space hosts both local and international artists, with live jazz on Wednesdays and Thursdays, a dance floor and DJ on weekends, stand-up comedy on Saturday brunch, and a drag queen show on the first Sunday of each month. There’s also a VIP-only "Blue Room" bar if you're looking to step it up a notch.
