Gishiki Lounge, known for its mystical ambience and inventive mixology, has appointed Birstacla Wong as its new bar manager and launched a new menu featuring her creative flair. Her background in tattoo artistry, fashion design and mixology is a perfect match for Gishiki Lounge’s enigmatic vibes. Wong is also a World Class 2023 Hong Kong and Macau Champion and 2nd Runner Up in the Perfect Cocktail by Perrier 2022 Hong Kong,
The new menu features tea-infused cocktails, with flavors like Chrysanthemum, Matcha, Pu Erh and Longjing tea. Signature drinks include the M & M, a dessert-like blend of Johnnie Walker Black Label, homemade coffee syrup, matcha, milk and cream, and the No Bitter Time, a bold mix of Don Julio Reposado, bitter melon, lime, fermented soybean and Longjing tea powder and rattan pepper oil.

Another highlight is Instead Of..., combining Don Julio Reposado with watercress honey, chrysanthemum and lime for a refreshing floral and citrus combination. Tie Ten Tea features Tanqueray No. 10, peach wine, yuzu, tea flavored umeshu, brown sugar and egg white, offering a fruity and velvety texture. Classic cocktails with a unique twist, such as the Moscow Mule, Whiskey Sour, Daiquiri, Margarita and Negroni, are priced at HK$128 each.
“As an artist, I believe in the power of storytelling through every sip,” says Birstacla. “Our new menu invites our guests to stretch their imagination by savouring every cocktail, and use their palates as a canvas for creativity and discovery.”
