Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira is celebrating this summer with a fresh a la carte dim sum menu crafted by Chinese executive chef Edwin Tang and dim sum chef Ringo Wong. This new menu offers a variety of dim sum dishes, blending classic favorites with innovative creations. “Elevating the taste of traditional Cantonese cuisine has allowed Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira to retain its Michelin-recommended status for over a decade,” says Edwin Tang, executive chef at Cuisine Cuisine.

Chef Ringo Wong brings back beloved items like Steamed Shrimp Dumplings with Gold Leaf and Crispy Taro Puffs with Diced Chicken and Foie Gras. New highlights include Homemade Puff Pastry with Whole 8-head Abalone, Diced Chicken and Mushroom and Steamed Rice Flour Rolls with Crispy Bean Curd Sheet and Turnip. Steamed Wild Mushroom Dumplings with Black Truffle are also back due to popular demand.

The all-you-can-eat dim sum lunch is available on weekdays, featuring nearly 15 signature dishes, including har gao and siu mai. The set lunch menus, perfect for business gatherings, offer a dim sum trio, soup, signature dishes, vegetables and dessert. Highlights include Honey-glazed Barbecued Pork and Sauteed Prawn with Chives.

Evening diners can enjoy a complimentary Signature Roasted Peking Duck for tables of 10 or more or half a duck for tables of six. The dinner menu features Chef Tang’s innovative Cantonese dishes, such as Golden-fried Crispy Chicken and Stir-fried Australian Lobster with Spicy Preserved Vegetables.
