NOC Coffee Co. (NOC) is renowned for its specialty coffee and minimalist design and already has multiple locations across Hong Kong. Now, NOC has opened its 13th branch at The Southside above Wong Chuk Hang MTR station, followed by a 14th location at King Lam Street, Cheung Sha Wan.

NOC The Southside, on the ground floor, spans 1,300 square feet. Keeping true to its minimalist aesthetic, this new spot is a bright, open space featuring an earth-tone palette, lush greenery and industrial furnishings. But you can also snag an exclusive dish only at this location – the Pan-Seared Salmon Tagliolini (HK$158) featuring a Norwegian salmon steak served with handmade tagliolini, garlic chips, Italian parsley, red chilli and sourdough toast. NOC is also introducing four new ice cream flavors to cool you off this summer: 3.5 Japan Milk, Strawberry, Mixed and Affogato.

The new King Lam Street branch, adjacent to Butterfly Valley, features floor-to-ceiling windows, a blend of metal and natural materials and a refined lounge-like setting, perfect for kicking back and enjoying a specialty brew. If you feel like sipping your coffee amid a refreshing breeze, the outdoor area includes cork pillars for a cozy alfresco experience.
