Central’s New York-Italian restaurant ORO has launched a new a la carte menu crafted by Chef Maguire Yung. Inspired by Grand Central Station and New York's Italian-American community, ORO blends traditional Italian cuisine with modern flair.
Chef Maguire Yung, with over 25 years of experience, brings his expertise in Italian cuisine to the table. The menu features dishes like Manzo Di Wagyu, a unique beef cut from cattle fed a chocolate-rice diet, and Carré Di Agnello, lamb marinated with rosemary and garlic. The Petto D’Anatra offers a blend of pineapple zest and smoky duck, while the Merluzzo Antartico, or Chilean Sea Bass, provides a mild umami flavor.
Pasta highlights include Ravioli Di Granchio, filled with crab and lobster bisque, and Fusilli Alla Bava Di Taleggio E Tartufo Nero, mixed in a cheese wheel with taleggio and black truffles. The Cioppino, a seafood stew, is another standout on the new menu.
Located on the 30th floor of 28 Stanley Street, the restaurant offers sweeping views of Central’s business district through floor-to-ceiling windows, making an ideal choice for any occasion.
