Brass Spoon

Brass Spoon, once a humble pho shop, is now a Star Street hotspot that everyone raves about. Earning the Michelin Bib Gourmand every year since 2017, it's no wonder why people can't get enough. Chef Sebastien Vong, drawing on his family's Vietnamese restaurant experience in France, brings the vibrant tastes of Hanoi to Hong Kong. The signature pho made with US Angus beef and Danish pork in a broth simmered for over 16 hours is a must-try. And don't overlook the Grilled Pork Belly Cold Vermicelli and Bánh Cuốn – they're incredibly addictive. Expect a lively crowd, especially on the weekends. But the wait is absolutely worth it for these authentic Vietnamese flavors right in the heart of Star Street.
