Perched atop 28 Stanley Street, Toptown has a new summer menu and unbeatable happy hour for Hong Kongers to check out. With indoor and outdoor seating offering views of Central, Toptown blends art-deco elegance with inspiration from "The Great Gatsby."
The summer menu features cocktails like the TopTown Sour with cinnamon-infused whiskey and fresh lemon juice, the Pear Reverie with pear yogurt liqueur and coconut milk foam and the Garden Fresh with juniper-forward gin and cucumber-mint syrup. The standout One Piece combines brandy, peach oolong tea and activated charcoal for a smoky appearance.

Toptown's Prohibition Hour runs Monday through Saturday from 5 - 9 p.m., offering drinks starting at HK$10 and subsequent beverages for HK$50. Happy hour bites are available from 3 - 11 p.m., including jet-fresh oysters, nachos, cold cuts, mussels and shrimp tortellini.
