Milk & Cream, Hong Kong's newest ice cream brand, has opened its flagship store at the Hong Kong Museum of Art in Tsim Sha Tsui. Created by the team behind Woolly Pig restaurants, Milk & Cream offers 12 homemade flavors churned daily using Australian whole milk and pure fruit, ensuring all-natural, preservative-free ice cream.
Located on the Avenue of Stars with a sweet view of the harbor, the store offers flavors like Double Dark Chocolate, Lemon Crème Fraîche, Berry Cheesecake, Mango Passionfruit and Vanilla Chocolate Chip. Retro flavors such as Salted Caramel Peanut and Peach Melba, along with regional favorites like Black Sesame and Matcha & Okinawa Sugar, are also available. Seasonal specials include Coconut Sorbet and Black Currant Sorbet. Prices are HK$48 per scoop and HK$70 for a double.
For events from birthdays to weddings, Milk & Cream also rents out its iconic ice cream cart for HK$8,800; talk about spoiling your guests!
