This April, Mott 32 is offering a unique dining experience with its Cherry Blossom Set Menu. For HK$980 per person, the menu features an exploration of cherry blossom flavors across a series of dishes available exclusively during the month.
The set starts with two savory dumplings, followed by a Cherry Blossom Soup that introduces diners to the theme of the evening. Main dishes include Seared Hokkaido Scallop, Pan-Fried Chicken and Minced Prawn and Wagyu Beef Fried Rice – each incorporating spring elements. Desserts like Cherry Blossom Ice Cream and Sour Plum Panna Cotta wrap up the meal with a celebration of the season.
To enhance the experience, Mott 32 also introduces a cocktail menu inspired by the Sakura flower, with options like the Sakuratini and Qingdao Cherry available for an additional HK$200 per person.
The Cherry Blossom Set Menu is a limited-time offer for dinner throughout April, while the Spring Summer Menu, featuring seasonal favorites like South Australian Lobster and Bamboo Charcoal French Lamb Rack, will be available until September.
