Ammo

Ammo, a contemporary European restaurant in Admiralty, takes inspiration for its interiors from the 1965 film noir "Alphagille," and the setting only complements the restaurant's location in a heritage site of a former 19th-century explosives compound. But let's get to the food. Starting with the appetizers, diners are treated to an array of creations, such as the Octopus Piazzailo Frisée Salad, the Lobster Macchiato and the Scotch Ajitsuke Tamago. Moving on to mains, Ammo's culinary team showcases handcrafted pastas and risottos like the HK Typhoon Shelter Fettuccine with Abalone and Clams and the Tea Smoked Unagi and Sugar Pea Risotto. Finally, no meal at Ammo is complete without a sweet treat. Choose options such as the Pistachio Tiramisu, the decadent 72% Dark Chocolate Gloss Fudge Brownies or the Caramelised Pineapple in Dark Rum Syrup to satisfy your sweet tooth.
