Hong Kong's JUNO has new Italian-Mediterranean menus for spring in Sheung Wan

JUNO, located on Wing Lok Street in Sheung Wan, is bringing a burst of Italian-Mediterranean flavors to Hong Kong with new menus, including a weekend brunch and tasting menu by Chef Jordi Vallés Claverol. Celebrating spring, they feature dishes from the Costa del Sol to the Italian Riviera, alongside special offerings for Easter and Mother’s Day.
The weekend brunch, priced at HK$308 per person, offers a mix of appetizers and a main course, followed by dessert. Guests can also add free-flow drinks for an additional HK$198. Notable dishes include the Butternut Pumpkin Soup, Caviar d’Aubergine and the signature Juno Truffle Tagliolini.
The seven-course tasting menu, available for HK$538 per person, showcases Chef Vallés Claverol's mastery of Italian-Mediterranean cuisine. It features a selection of shared starters, including Ibérico Ham and Burrata Pugliese, followed by four mains to choose from. Desserts like Tiramisu and Tarte Tatin offer wrap things up with a sweet finish.
JUNO's Easter and Mother's Day menus incorporate seasonal favorites and celebratory dishes, with options like Lamb Shoulder Roulade and Sashimi-grade Scallops & Blood Orange Crudo.
