Starting April 17, Melody: House of Food and Music in Sai Ying Pun is giving us a new reason to look forward to Wednesdays. Dubbed "Welly Wednesdays," the weekly event features Chef Jamie Draper’s famous Beef Wellington – a hearty meal of beef fillet wrapped in mushroom duxelle and encased in crispy puff pastry.
Accompanying the Wellington are elegant sides like the cheesy Pomme Aligot, crisp asparagus spears and a rich Bordelaise sauce flavored with beef marrow. Be sure to complement your meal with a bottle of their house red wine for the full experience.
Aside from the delicious Beef Wellington, Melody offers a welcoming ambience through its various spaces like the Dining Room, Music Room and Bar Lounge. The venue is known for its dedication to "hospitality with soul," evident in the team's passionate and slightly rock ‘n’ roll-infused approach to service.
