Te Quiero Mucho in Sheung Wan has launched a new menu that captures the essence of Mexico's culinary heritage. Head chef Eric Rodriguez (hailing from Mexico) has introduced some new dishes that highlight vibrant and unique flavors inspired by the region. Starters include the Crab Tostada, with crab, tomato, serrano chili, and chipotle mayo, and the Octopus Tostada, with avocado and habanero chili mayo. The CDMX Shrimp Coctel blends shrimp with tomato sauce, avocado, and salsa bruja, while Aguachile features scallop and fish cured with lemon and árbol chili.

Main dishes include Gringa de Pastor, with al pastor meat and pineapple, Pinches Jalapeños with ribeye and cheese, and Whitexican Nachos with pork and beef stew. Tacos come with various fillings, including Carne Asada and vegetarian options.

Hearty mains like Chamorro, Enchiladas Campechanas, and Braised Short Ribs reflect Mexico's tradition of slow-cooked dishes. Finish off your meal with a selection of new desserts, including Homemade Churros with cinnamon and caramel or chocolate sauce, Ice Popsicles made with seasonal fruit and mint and the rich Flan De Cajeta.

"At Te Quiero Mucho, we're not just serving food; we're sharing stories of Mexico's rich culinary heritage," said Chef Eric Rodriguez. "Each dish on the new menu is a chapter in my own journey, and I'm excited to invite our guests to experience these stories through their taste buds."
