Brut! in Sai Ying Pun has launched its first cocktail, the Brut! Martini, created by mixologist Lorenzo Antinori.

For the first time since its opening, Brut! is offering a cocktail to its guests. The Brut! Martini, priced at HK$160, is now available as an aperitif, digestif and everything in between. The wine-focused neighborhood restaurant collaborated with renowned mixologist Lorenzo Antinori to create this unique drink. The Brut! Martini, made with dry gin, white vermouth, and Amontillado sherry, offers a floral, nutty twist on the classic martini.
“Wine, particularly the low-intervention variety, has always been Brut!’s bread and butter,” says Founder Camille Glass. “It would take something very special for us to break with tradition, and that special something has arrived in the form of our good friend Lorenzo Antinori, whose cocktails are simply world-class. Of course, we’d never abandon our love of grapes completely, hence the inclusion of sherry in our debutante cocktail.”
