Crushed Wine Bar is rolling out a fresh spring and summer menu featuring new snacks, light bites, big plates, and cheese boards. Known for its exceptional wine selection and homestyle dishes, Crushed is great for any occasion, whether you're looking for a light lunch or celebrating a birthday.

New bar snacks include House-Marinated Butter Beans paired with dark malted rye and Sourdough Bread and butter, now served with Red Wine Butter alongside the popular Yuzu Kosho Butter. Insider tip – these pair well with Paulus Wine Co’s Bosberaad Chenin Blanc.

Some of their new light options include the refreshed Burrata with smoked lemon honey dressing and pickled celtuce, Beef Tartare with watercress, pecan and egg cream and Citrus Heirloom Carrots with roast aubergine puree, puffed rice and chili crisp.

For a heartier meal, try the New York Strip, which comes with anchovy and red wine jus and Roasted Spring Roots served alongside dill yogurt sorbet and beet puree.

Curated by South African vinophile Leigh-Ann Luckett, the wine selection at Crushed focuses on biodiverse, low-interference wines. Try their signature Wine Flights for a range of tastes. The menu features one sparkling wine, five whites, five reds, three skin-contact wines and at least one unique pour, such as a sherry or dessert wine. Crushed also operates as a neighborhood wine store, with an online shop offering prices starting under HK$200.
