MâmAmis in Hong Kong has introduced a new dining experience with its new DIY Street Side Platter as well as an expanded vegetarian menu.

The DIY Street Side Platter allows diners to get hands-on and make their own Vietnamese spring rolls using rice paper, vermicelli, and fresh lettuce. Build your roll however you like with options like beef wrapped in betel leaf, pork neck, chargrilled chicken skewers and crispy fried spring rolls.

They also have new vegetarian options that cater to plant-based diners with dishes like crispy fried Vegetarian Spring Rolls and BBQ Corn Ribs. Pho Chay, a vegetable noodle soup inspired by Vietnamese Buddhist monasteries, provides a comforting, meat-free alternative. Additional vegetarian dishes include Stir-Fried Vegetables, Mixed Vegetables, Vermicelli Curry Hot Pot and Aromatic Curry Okra Stir Fry, which showcases the French colonial influences in Vietnamese cuisine.
