Chef Jamie Draper drops new seasonal menu at Melody

Melody has introduced new summer dishes crafted by Chef Jamie Draper, showcasing his passion for global flavors and culinary innovation. New small plates include octopus ceviche with harissa and crispy lamb ribs with pickled turnip, golden raisins and tzatziki. Main courses feature lamb neck fillet with homemade piccante lamb merguez sausages and creamy mash and sea bass with steamed potatoes, broccolini, fennel and saffron sauce. The Provençal stuffed courgette offers a meat-free option, while the tomato salad with pickled watermelon and feta is a must-try side.
"At Melody, we draw inspiration from classic techniques and embrace diverse cultures, including those of our talented staff. Our dishes are a playful amalgamation of cuisines, celebrating the abundance of deliciousness in the world.
